Certification of public civil servants is aimed at identifying the professional potential, readiness and levels of ability of a public civil servant to perform functional duties. The main purpose of the certification is to determine whether the employee is appropriate for the position.

According to the results of voting, the Commission's decision recognized all certified persons as corresponding to the positions of the state civil service to be filled.
