Individual prevention of influenza, SARS, INCLUDING covid-19 coronavirus infection

RULE 1. WASH YOUR HANDS

Wash your hands with soap after visiting any public places, transport, touching door handles, money, office equipment, before eating and cooking. If you do not have access to water and soap, use disinfectants or disposable wet wipes. Do not touch your face or eyes with unwashed hands. Do not use shared towels.

RULE 2. OBSERVE THE HYGIENE OF THE WORKPLACE AND PREMISES

Make sure that Your workplace is hygienic. To remove viruses from the surface of tables, chairs, door handles, gadgets, keyboards, monitors, briefcases, bags, disinfect them using household detergents (such as soap solution). Often ventilate the premises at work and at home, conduct a wet cleaning.

RULE 3. OBSERVE GENERAL HYGIENE.

Take a shower every day and wash your hair. Give preference to smooth hairstyles (loose hair, often in contact with the face, increases the risk of infection). During the day, wash your face and nasal passages 3-4 times with running water. Limit greeting handshakes, kisses, and hugs. At work, eat only in designated areas.

RULE 4. PROTECT THE RESPIRATORY SYSTEM WITH A MEDICAL MASK.

Medical masks are used when visiting crowded places, traveling on public transport, when caring for patients, and when communicating with people with acute respiratory viral infections. To protect yourself from infection, it is important to wear a mask correctly:

- the mask should be carefully fixed, tightly closing the mouth and nose, leaving no gaps;

- wet or damp mask should be replaced with a new one;

- masks should be changed every 2 hours;

- when removing the mask, try not to touch the surface of the mask with your hands;

- the used mask must be disposed of in a trash container;

- do not use a disposable mask again.

In the absence of a disposable mask, it can be sewn several at home from 4 layers of gauze. When caring for a patient, after the end of contact, the mask should be removed immediately and thoroughly wash your hands. We do not recommend using the mask outdoors. When sneezing and coughing, the used tissue handkerchief must be changed immediately, washed daily and ironed on both sides. If possible, it is advisable to use paper handkerchiefs.

RULE 5. WHAT to DO WHEN the FIRST SYMPTOMS APPEAR (high body temperature, chills, headache, weakness, nasal congestion, cough, shortness of breath)

Limit your contacts. Stay at home and go to a medical facility for medical help. Use individual dishes for eating and drinking and wash them with an individual sponge with detergents.

RULE 6. WHEN TRAVELING ON A BUSINESS TRIP OR ON VACATION

Refrain from traveling to the risk zone for the spread of viral infection, including covid-19 coronavirus.

In case of departure, inform the employer about the country you plan to visit and the time frame.

If you visit a country at risk, avoid contact for 14 days after your return.

PREVENTION IS SIMPLE. I THINK ABOUT MYSELF, TAKE CARE OF MY LOVED ONES!

On February 27, 2020, a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental coordinating committee on legal issues was held.

At the meeting of the Expert Council, the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On exercising local self-government bodies of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan the powers of the Russian Federation to prepare and conduct the All-Russian population census in 2020" was approved by Committee on social and economic monitoring of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The discussion of the draft law was attended by the Deputy Chairman O.Y. Semenova, the Head of legal sector of Committee R.S. Bikkiniaev, the Head of statistics division of population and health of Tatarstanstat E.A. Biryukova.
